Most collectors are familiar with the popular Wilendur brand of vintage tablecloths ~ this one is attributed to their kissing-cousin, America’s Pride. Gorgeous bouquets of gladiolas bloom against squares of tawny yellow. The fabric is the classic A.P. spun rayon and cotton, and the quality is that of ALL Weil and Durrse textiles... superb! The original paper tag is still affixed to this unused/unwashed cloth ~ the pattern name is Madison. There is a bit of storage patina that will easily launder in a gentle soapy bath, but that is all.
