A very unusual vintage tablecloth and napkin set with sailing ships and funny little Dutch children playing and smoking cigars (HUH???). It’s not the first time I’ve seen Dutch boys smoking on vintage items ~ it seems to be a common practice of the time. As a parent I hate the thought of children smoking, but as a collector this pattern is fantastic! Never used or washed, pure linen with the original tags. There is very minor age soiling that will easily soak away, but otherwise it’s in mint condition. A pattern you won’t find often, if ever! (tablecloth = 34x35 inches, napkins = 12 inches)
